Front desk staff is always friendly, this Y is clean and the couple of classes I take are fun and
good for me. However one negative is during the summer you have the summer camp with the kids. This is fine but when the kids are left to run on the track, the camp staff just stands in the sitting area at the top of the stairs and socializes. Without supervision the kids run crazily all over the track, cutting in front of and stopping suddenly in front of your members. We are retired and like to come walk the track but not at the risk of being hurt by unsupervised kids. I worked for a school system and had to supervise a lot more kids then are at the Y and the way we worked it was to spread out in the gym or the playground so we could see and supervise what the kids were doing. My suggestion is spread the camp staff out around the track or walk with them so you can see what they are doing.
Very CLEAN Family YMCA, the staff is always friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoy coming here to stay healthy and fit.

I really enjoy the sense of community at the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA. The staff are friendly and know members by name, which makes it feel like more than just a gym. It feels like a second home. I also appreciate the variety of programs available for all ages and interests, from group fitness to youth sports to wellness initiatives. It is a place where the whole family can grow, connect, and stay active together!
We love the warm pool! We’ve been swimming here for years, we always feel welcome. The lifeguards are top notch and friendly. The front desk staff always greet us warmly and have smiles on their faces. I’m usually with all 5 of my littles, we look like a circus honestly, trying to round everyone up and get them all to do what I’m asking, and everyone is always patient with us and kind.
The staff is friendly and very helpful. I joined primarily to be able to participate in the water aerobics. The workout equipment is very good and I enjoy using several of them. Overall really nice facility.👍
Good Silver Sneakers classes and aquatics classes with excellent teachers. Nice to have fellowship with other seniors. Lots of smiling faces among employees

I've been going to the JRL YMCA 3 to 5 days a week for about the last year and a half. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I lift weights, walk the track, and participate in the Bang the Drum class. I LOVE the Bang the Drum instructor - Shauna. I'm 64, retired, and a cancer survivor. I didn't exercise for many years. 30+ years ago I was a fitness instructor and certainly have always understood the benefits of exercise. I just let life and chronic pain get in the way for many years.
I can't begin to express how much making a commitment to going to JRL has changed my life.
I've lost about 35 lbs. and am stronger than I've been in MANY years. It's slow and steady and worth it! Working out has also helped my mental health and the things we face with aging. I try to encourage everyone I see when I'm there - especially seniors like me or people who haven't worked out for many years. Results don't happen overnight. However, they do happen through commitment and consistency. I can now keep up with my grandkids and no longer need help off the couch! If I can encourage one person to keep pushing on, it makes my day!!

Staff is very friendly, helpful. I've met several people while walking on the track or silver sneakers, or the drumming session. The teachers/leaders are cheerful, upbeat, caring, paying attention to those in the class. Lots of interaction.
