Excellent staff ..always clean..great programs
I really enjoy the variety of group exercise classes offered, especially in the evenings and on weekends. During the summer, I also like going to the outdoor pool.
My wife Erin and I have been coming to Jackson for a little over a year now. Having a Y membership has been one of the best decisions we could have made for ourselves, we’ve both lost weight, feel great about ourselves and take our fitness very seriously. Jackson had a multitude of equipment that has been instrumental such as the smith machine, my wife really enjoys the area upstairs and, we both like using the sauna after a good workout. Not only has coming to Jackson been great for us, but our daughter Maggie loves coming to child watch. I would highly, highly recommend Jackson specifically, to anyone looking to make a positive change in their lives.
The staff is very friendly, they have staff that has been there for years and know the members by name and face. That makes the member feel good and feel noticed.
All night access, friendly staff, great variety of exercise options, and very clean atmosphere.
The "Y" is a clean and well lit facility. They have small towels and water bottles to clean the exercise machines when you are finished with them. If you have questions you can ask any of the employees and they will answer you as needed.
Very clean facility; attentive lifeguard; and having things to do for every age made for a fun day in the sun!
We really like the outdoor pool, the cleanliness of the entire place, and the staff is always nice.

Friendly staff
I like the family atmosphere at the Y.
It has been great for our daughter. This is her 5th year
The counselors are attentive and accommodating, the field trips are great, and I like that the challenge the older kids to serve as leaders and organize activities for the younger kids.
Clean, safe, friendly environment with excellent equipment and trainers.
Love the atmosphere at the Y. Lots of friendly people and loads of encouragement. Mary and Penny are the best.

Imani is a great communicator, energetic, determined and perfect with kids. The kids love her yet respect her. I couldn't wish for a better leader for the LITs. The only improvement that could be made is the summer camps having more capacities ;)
Has what I need to keep healthy
The facility is always clean, the equipment is always kept in the best shape, and the staff is always friendly and ready to help.
The employees are nice and welcoming. When I have brought up a rare concern regarding behavior by children, it was quickly addressed. This Y is close to my workplace and is a nice, relaxing area to visit in the afternoon and walk.
