Great instructor, fun classes.
It gives me an opportunity to exercise in a small way. I’m 78 and don’t get an opportunity for small amounts of exercise without coming to the Y. I do like the equipment as well as walking on the track upstairs. I know you folks have classes. I haven’t tried those as of yet, but I may in the future.
Enjoy using the pool. Also like the idea of being able to use the machines.
It was busy but inviting. People were nice and welcoming.

Accessibility and hours at the Bluffton location.
I do not like that showers before entering the pool or hot tub are not enforced by the lifeguards. It’s disgusting watching kids and elderly enter the pool and hot tub without rinsing off first.
The bigger lifeguard never rinses off and gets in the pool fully clothed in his street clothes when it’s posted that it’s not allowed.

Friendly environment
We love the child watch and all the employees that care for our littles so we can go workout ! Such a treat and the kids enjoy it too! The ladies in there are AWESOME.

I was recently diagnosed with arthritis in my left hip after pushing thru pain at a level of 10+ out of a scale of 0 - 10 for far too long. Bio-Freeze is a great product but doesn't crack thru arthritis.
Point is we have a membership at your Y, my wife is a cancer survivor and uses your pool and your building more than myself, that will change starting last Saturday mainly for physical therapy but also to get this 203# down to where it needs to be, chiefly 185# or lower.
All that said, we received a letter that our membership is up for expiration in March. We need the Y, it isn't dispensable income that can come or go, we need the Y to be available for us.

I love the welcoming environment, helpful staff, and the ability to connect with others who care about their health and well being. I love the positive energy and challenge of the fitness classes. The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and great role models. In addition, the Y's location and hours are very convenient.
