He was personable and encouraged us to be a part of his inspection so we would really understand the process and any issues that he found. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and he really took his time and explained everything to us—I would 100% recommend to anyone.
Thorough! Jon and Lilja found key issues and secondary issues and identified them as such. They talked me through it and provided great documentation. Jon took note of key machinery age and age of other features. Lilja was precise and gave lots of info on the asbestos and mould.
