The whole experience was excellent to outstanding which I find is extremely rare these days. A live person answered the phone (rare). There was no waiting (rare). The persons I spoke to were, polite, obliging, knowledgeable and helpful (very rare on all counts). They made an appointment quickly and easily (rare). The inspector arrived on time (rare). The inspector (Briana Cortez) was superb in every respect (unheard of). She was polite, courteous, informative, obliging, efficient, considerate, charming and just great in every other respect. If I were still in business, I would try to hire her. She was an outstandingly charming woman. Her verbal report to me was excellent, (although I wish she had not found some glitches). And, I received the detailed written report that evening.
WOW. All of that was outstanding. I even think the price was not out of line. So, overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Carson Dunlap to anyone. Thank you all for the good service. I have not seen that in at least 30 years.

Greg was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was so friendly and patient making sure to walk me and my entire family through all of his observations and feedback. He was extremely detailed and even answered our many questions throughout. Excellent inspector. Josh was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was personable and encouraged us to be a part of his inspection so we would really understand the process and any issues that he found. It was obvious he had a lot of experience and he really took his time and explained everything to us—I would 100% recommend to anyone.
Thorough! Jon and Lilja found key issues and secondary issues and identified them as such. They talked me through it and provided great documentation. Jon took note of key machinery age and age of other features. Lilja was precise and gave lots of info on the asbestos and mould.
