The staff in our local Ellijay office is great to deal with and always keeps their commitments and is very professional. I like the new phone app and the ability to receive my invoices and pay online. Also, I believe that your price per gallon is very competitive after hearing that some of my friends are paying more per gallon with other providers. I have been a satisfied customer for four years now.

I'd like if you could send someone to light my pilot lite on my gas logs and not charge me a huge fee. I burn gas all summer to keep the pilot light on since I am not proficient at lighting it myself.
