I like the ability to call the Freeman Gas office to order a propane delivery and not have to order a delivery thru some sort of app. Talking with a representation gives me the assurance that the order will be processed. My experience with web sites for other companies does not always give the complete assurance that what was ordered will actually be delivered on time as requested.
They were on time for the set appointment. Driver was very nice and professional.

Friendly and easy group to work with
Since the day I started with them as my propane provider they have been great. I have never run out of propane, 1 call to the office and the truck shows up a day or two later [ I always call at around 30%]. The office staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant to speak too, they make you feel like you’re a valued customer and not just an account number. I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

Friendly and caring. Last winter we ran out of propane on a very cold night. We were a new customer then and our usage had not been evaluated yet. We had a fill up in an hour. We never received that kind of service from our previous company.
I like that I can still call and be connected to a familiar voice. The delivery people are very nice also.

The service
The entire Freeman team was great - Alison (customer service), Tommy (tank site selection and setup), and Chris (actual tank install). I was most impressed with each of the team members. It all began with Alison, who carefully and efficiently walked me through the process and answered my questions over the phone. She put me in contact with Tommy, who helped me determine tank size, site selection and coordination of the tank installation. Then, Chris handled the actual tank install - digging the hole for tank, installing tank and covering up the tank. Again, they were each outstanding and a pleasure to work with on the gas service. I highly recommend them.

Was very please at Freeman gas service. Ed delivered propane to me after 5pm on a Saturday when I recently ran out. Tommy at your office is also great. Superior is lucky to have purchased a company that prides themself on customer service. Let's hope it stays this way.
Service is always fast and friendly. Paying your bill is also easy online.
