The local office staff was friendly and hepful. they were immediately concerned and dispatched a service crew to locate any problem. This was on a FRIDAY late afternoon!!!!!
The office personnel are helpful, nice and readily available. I usually pay my bills there as sending the checks to MA can be iffy at times. Within a week the payment is noted on my account. The folks delivering the gas are also very nice.
