He explained all the papers to me that I had to sign and he explained how to read the meter on the tank and how to shut off the tank if we smelled rotten eggs. He was very helpful. The gals in the office are also very helpful.

I would give you a 10, but in the colder months, when I need it most, I have had to call everytime, and have sometimes run out of gas. This time a delivery was made without me calling, so that is fine, but this is not the time of year that matters most. Maybe it will get better in the winter.
