I appreciate the fact that this company takes care of me. My gas is always filled up on a regualr schedule without me needing to rememmber to call for gas. I appreciate that if I need to call Freeman Gas I am able to talk with a person and not an autimated machine. The ladies are always very helpful.

Responsive to urgent request -

Generally follow up on automatic periodic refills. Did have a delay in refill once when 2x made error and didn't deliver in time period given but although very low still got the delivery in time before could have been issue. Believe that they corrected glitch for future.

Fast delivery & good price!

I like that tanks are monitored but the monitor reading and the actual tank reading differ. Apologize for calling 4 times to get delivery but we were reading 22% and office was saying we had plenty. We pre-buy so it's not like we wouldn't pay. I realize it's a busy time of the year but I appreciate they finally got here.
