When I checked in on my last trip to Cashiers, I introduced myself to Amanda and inquired about when the tank would be delivered. After I left she proactively contacted us and sent us a list of excavators to speed up the process. Then when I was leaving I stopped in to give them an update and they actually got a tank delivered the next day. Very pleased with their customer focus.

We very much appreciate the automatic tank refills without ever having to get involved with scheduling. In addition, we’ve found Freeman Gas to be very responsive when we’ve requested assistance I.e. installation of a new tankless hot water unit.
