Freeman has always been easy to work with. The local office is incredible. I recently had to order a unscheduled delivery due to running my generator over a 5 day power outage. My call was directed to another state - and they were just as friendly and helpful as my local team. The delivery came within 3 days - remarkable considering the devastation Western North Carolina experienced during the back-to-back storms.
Office staff and drivers are always very polite and friendly. You do a great job monitoring our fuel level and are very responsive to requests!

Always fun to meet the guys thst deliver propane and if I request my tank to be filled, it happens right away. Service calls are easy to schedule and timely.

All of your employees are delightful to work with and very knowledgeable. They were especially proactive after Hurrican Helene and came to top off our tank without having to call them, because our generator was in use for 6 days following the storm and loss of power.
