Chris helped me select a gas cannister and had it installed 8 years ago. Chris took me through your showroom helping me select and had installed at my home gas logs for my fireplace and later a tankless hot water system as well helping a friend I referred select gas logs and installing them through Freeman Gas.

New install, replaced wood fireplace with gas logs plus propane tank. Installation went very well. Apparently, something fell through the cracks getting the actual gas delivered however. But when I complained, the response was very quick and we had the tank filled the same day. We're happy with our purchase, my wife loves to sit in front of the fire, and I love the convenience.

Your customer service is great, whether it is in person or on the phone. Everyone treats you with respect and is very polite. That is very important to me. As for the products, the quality is there. Never had any problems with anything. I try really hard to send as many people in your direction as I can.
