very good customer service over the phone to learn about Freeman and to set up an account. It was easy and fast. The installers for our tank were extremely kind and professional but also friendly. Overall it has been a very good start. My only critique would be there's been no online connection until this email. I am not sure if I have gotten an invoice for the gas and and the tank, except what the installers had me sign. That part has been confusing, where is my account so I can review payment, service, etc?
Auto delivery and autopsy means I don’t have to worry about getting deliveries before needing. Also have enjoyed talking with office staff in Landrum
