I realize that Freeman Gas is now a part of the Superior Plus Propane family. I have been one of your customers for many years and have always felt valued from the different drivers to the service reps. If I may, I have one recommendation and one question.
On Thursday the 6th, without my knowing I was going to have a delivery, I saw an unidentified man walking in my back yard coming from the front of my property which was very concerning to say the least. I looked out my front and saw Freeman's truck parked in an unusual way. I went out and introduced myself and after explaining the correct place to park and also the correct pathway to my tank all went well. He was a gentleman as he continued to filled my tank.
My recommendation is, when a customer is having a new delivery driver, he should always go to their door and introduce himself first.....that way, the customer can tell him the correct way to get to their tank.
My question is, after all these years of having the option (Discount Available) of saving money by paying early by a certain date, why was this option discontinued when Freeman became a part of Superior Plus? As a senior citizen, this option helped me.
When paying my bill on the 7th, I asked your service Rep about the discontinued discount option. She asked someone in your office as she didn't know. They told her that I did get a discount due to my owning my own tank. I asked had I been getting that same discount throught the years as I have always owned my own tank....the answer was yes. So, as I have always received this particular discount (which is great), I no longer have the option of paying early as Freeman no longer offers this option for the consumer to save money. This saddens me.

Quick response. Very nice and professional.
The usual interaction I have with Freeman Gas is to request refills when I notice that the tank is getting low. A refill usually happens in the following day or two...great response. I was happy to see that our tank was topped off a couple weeks ago which I assume takes advantage of lower gas prices during the summer. All in all--great service when we need it. Thanks!
