Appreciate the promptness of having them ready and also for responding to my emails and answering my questions in a timely manner. Love the poses and background choices. My only negative is jersey wasn't straight in one pose for football pictures and couldn’t read the number…. It happens and he liked the other pose better anyway.
The customer shouldn't have to cut the pictures.

The background options as well as package options
I would like to see more affordable packages, as a mom of 4 kids who participate in sports all year round the price gets very expensive on top of all the other things that go along with sports. Please consider a smaller more affordable package please.
Photos came out great!
Great pictures, fast delivery. The only thing I didn't really like was it was very difficult to look at the pictures online with COPYRIGHT moving all over the picture. I understand why it was there, just wish it was stationary so you could get a good look at what you're trying to buy

My biggest problem was trying to figure out the package deal. Not real clear as to what I ordered vs what I paid for and received. It was so busy I was almost overwhelmed about knowing what I was purchasing.
I did like the pics. some were cut crooked but overall the pics were great.

We are working on simplifying some of our product displays to make the ordering process easier, as well as changing some package options. We value all our customers' input!

A bit pricey and the fact that only individual photos - not team photos - were available for digital downloads was a huge drawback. Forcing us to purchase actual prints in order to get team photos is somewhat ridiculous.
Hello Steven, thank you for your feedback. I see you are disappointed that team pictures are not available for download from my system. There are a few reasons for this, but the main reason is that several times I have offered digital team downloads and I had the unfortunate event where 1 parent ordered a digital download and emailed it to every parent on the team. This resulted in no sales of any team pictures from those events. I apologize for the inconvenience of this but like any local retailer, we have to take measures to prevent theft of our products.
Keep all the years pictures together. That way they are easy to find and when I am able to order more, I have plenty to choose from.
