I would prefer to have the pictures pre-cut. Instead, I have a sheet of photos that I must meticulously cut perfectly or ruin the pictures.
The pictures were not taken centered and the crop tool would only move the kids so much. The kids are still off centered.
Not only were the images great Daniel Simmons Photography went above and beyond. When my daughter's pictures were ruined by a careless mail carrier they made it right and sent me new ones even when it was not their fault. I was not expecting that kind of support when I reached out after the incident. Instead of having to go through the headache of filing a claim with the postal service my mind was put at ease when they sent me new pictures. Thank you❤️
Too long of a wait. Overpriced.
organization and fast
My order was printed before all the team pictures were taken. I contacted the company to request a new “Memory Mate” once they were complete and was told no. Since the website specifically said my print would not be ready until after team shots were done, I don’t understand why they were printed.
To make it right, I would like a new “Memory Mate” after the additional 200 kids have an opportunity to attend the make up picture day.
The process of getting my child photographed was horrendous - waiting TWO HOURS. And the background of pictures was super tacky.
The line was very long for pics but I can understand with dealing with kiddos 8 and under. Very professional, fun and the pics turned out amazing!!
Sports photography has changed I love how you are able to change and choose your background.

Takes very nice pictures and poses are natural. Coloring very good also. Love the selections to choose for background
A lot of choices in backgrounds and packages.
But one negative is some of the backgrounds are hard to see online so I accidentally ordered a cheer background for my sons soccer pic.

Appreciate the promptness of having them ready and also for responding to my emails and answering my questions in a timely manner. Love the poses and background choices. My only negative is jersey wasn't straight in one pose for football pictures and couldn’t read the number…. It happens and he liked the other pose better anyway.
The customer shouldn't have to cut the pictures.
