We have been with Western Propane for many years. They are always there and ready to help when it’s needed. Doesn’t matter whether it is a need for gas, an emergency need of smelling gas or understanding the need to make payments over time. The employees are always kind and very helpful. They are an excellent company.i highly recommend Western Propane.
I tried to ign up for a fill online but apparently did not work - but when i contacted the office directly by phone my order was promptly taken and my fill came just f few days later.

Still seems to be a locally owned company. Does not appear to have been affected by association (I'm not certain exactly how) with a large national company.

Didn’t enjoy having to run empty because of incorrect estimates in tank volume. When we called agent stated they wouldn’t refill until next day even though we had to remind them multiple times it’s not our fault. In the end our local office ensured we would be filled same day and they did. So although very stressful for a few hours it was resolved nicely. Thank you.
Great service
While the price is higher, the great service makes up for it. Had horrible experience w a competitor—whose price per gallon is much lower but hey, what good is that if they can’t come to OMC to fill a tank. Only wish price was lower but then prices of all things are high. Appreciate the srnior discount. Every penny helps.
