Great gym, very clean. Would be great if it opened at 530am and closed at 830pm to offer a little more flexibility.
I enjoy the heated room classes. Please add more to the schedule. There is often a waitlist for the few classes that are offered and they are always crowded when i go. Speaking of yoga sculpt and Pilates with weights and cardio type classes.
I love the feel of this location, the light, the locker rooms, and all of the other amenities.
I unexpectedly found myself downtown with an hour to burn - and I was parked right across from the Y - and best - still in my athletic clothes. I was delightfully surprised with this facility, and will definitely be back.

I recently joined the Y and I must say I was truly impressed with the up keep of the facility. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. Everyone follows instructions regarding the wiping down of the equipment after use. I truly enjoyed the towel service provided to the members, those small things truly make a difference. Overall I was impressed with the pristine condition of the place and all the amenities that are offered.

The Tuesday Cycling class led by Jeff are awesome! Pam and Pam are always welcoming, and the location rocks when you are downtown!!
The variety of classes, the cleanliness of the facility, the facilities, and the instructors and staff are above and beyond from what I’ve experienced in a few other gyms in the area.

Beautiful facility- spacious, modern, well lit. Looks like an upscale gym. No kids running around if you’re interested in that environment. Very nice staff.

Great instructors and fun group fitness classes. And I can do weights one day, barre the next and yoga after that, so good variety too.
