Love the cycle class with Jeff, he is the absolute best cycle instructor. His classes are always motivating and challenging.
Note: the software used for the class sporadically works. Improvements to the software would be beneficial and greatly appreciated.
Whenever Kelly is listed as the instructor for body pump I try to be there. She is a very good instructor, her cues are very timely and her form is perfect.

The equipment is carefully selected; I almost always have what my trainer wants me to use. The staff is friendly and well-informed. I like all the light from the windows. And we're friendly with several of the other people who work out there, which makes it a bit of a social event.
