Love that hot yoga is included! That is huge. Also the gym space is really nice and has almost everything you could possibly need. The natural light is also a huge bonus.

I wish more Ys had dedicated mind/body spaces. Not necessarily capable of Hot/warm yoga…but I really enjoy being in the dedicated room vs a gym floor. I love that this location is an option.

Friendly staff, clean facility, excellent equipment
I love the facility and the towel service. Nationally, Ys are moving away from towel service because many people go about the day in athliesure attire that doubles as fitness clothes. For the downtown Y, though, there are a few of us left in suits and the towel service is invaluable to help fit the fitness in.
I'd even be glad to shuttle the towels myself in the towel buggy before I'd want you all to do away with that feature.

Tuesday 5/13 was my first time going to Poyner Family YMCA. I loved the class that I took and plan to come back and try more classes. Parking was easy and everyone was friendly.
You have to keep the towel service. That’s the main driver for using the facility.
