They managed to fix problems created by a different Y in a timely manner (minutes). I had been waiting for the other Y for over six months to remedy the issues. Overall, the staff are kind and understanding. I visited multiple times during the six months waiting to fix my membership issues and Kraft family Y was always understanding.

I love a lot of things about the Kraft YMCA. I enjoy the camaraderie and fellowship, as well as of course the workout experience with the Zumba classes. I also enjoy my strength training workouts, and the friendly atmosphere. I really like the fact that unlike some gyms it is not a meat market type of atmosphere, but one that is very comfortable and I look forward to my workouts there many days each week.

I like the variety of classes offered, the combination of different facilities, and the convenient location of the gyms. I didn’t realize how much I would like having a pool! And I like to pick up a Bible verse from the basket on my way out.

The facility has all the equipment and programs and track you need for improving my health. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.
I really do love this place. Everyone is helpful and so friendly. I am a member of Mica's stretch class who I just love. I so need that class. Right now i don't have a ride for about a month. I wish you all had transportation to and back. I'll be back when I will have a ride.
