The Kraft Y is, overall, the best Y I have been to in the Triangle (though this is only 4 of them...). The facilities seem to be almost too good, as it is always crowded when I am there.
Outside classes under shelter, knowledgeable & enthusiastic instructors, clean & modern facility, large array of classes, friendly & helpful staff, welcoming & nonjudgmental environment.

Variety and availability of early morning group fitness classes
The variety of programs offered from senior to youth events. Childcare being available was huge for me as a young mother. I appreciate the addition of teen friendly events and the way the Y gives back and makes my community a better place.

Shannon, and the other Kraft Family Y staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They know me and my kids by name! The Y is clean, and the equipment is new and it's great to have a place to go that keeps the entire family happy and healthy.
