The building is just motivating to exercise. There are a lot of rooms so more classes to choose from and also more classes throughout the day. It is clean, love the amenities and the staff.
The ymca has alot to offer. It is also a community of friends. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. They have a lot of great children’s programs
The staff at Kraft Y are helpful. Most of the instructors are very knowledgeable about their teaching.

The classes and instructors are great.. staff so friendly and always smiling ! I LOVE that you added more pickle times every day! So fun to play with so many fun new and old friends! I really love the ymca and so happy I found my new home!!
Facility is nice and love all gym equipments. The best part is the classes we can book online and got the best coaches out there!! The only improvement that might be needed is to expand the studio classroom space/capacity! I love Kraft Y!!

Very cleanly facility and friendly staff. Every evening I am happy to go to Kraft Family YMCA and get my work out. Classes are great with very professional instructors. Over all love this place.

I really enjoy the Kraft Y and have for years. Yes, the GM's or Fitness Directors come and go, but it is the Instructors that make this Y what it is. They give 110% all the time.
Here are my requests:
Fix the Music systems that are used in the GYM and Spin studios
Fix the head set systems that the Instructors use.
Fix the new APP. Too slow, can't filter and jumps back out to the main page when trying to go to another day.
Our boys love their aftercare! They enjoys time to do their homework, playing outside, playing in the gym, having fun with their friends. The mix of structured and unstructured activities fits them well. They love the coloring and crafts, it fits them well. We will definitely sign them up again next school year!
The staff concerns and well being of the kids. Brooke is very attentive to the children and she always updates me on my childs day..
We love the Kraft YMCA After School program. It is convenient, cost effective and the counselors are great!
Helpful and friendly staff members, group fitness classes and great instructors, variety of fitness options, clean towel availability, upgrading to make better, so many options and so many more to try, the hours, perfect cool temperature, reminder signs, locker use, music not overbearing, not too many tbs and what is shown is general, love the Bible verse printouts in basket :)
Close to home
My kids love it! They play games & play outside and come home feeling refreshed. It's very easy to pick them up from their school.
Ms. Tiffany makes my daughter feel so comfortable, when she is not there we notice the difference. Ms. Tiffany communicates well and really goes the extra step to make my daughter feel safe and comfortable and intern allows me to trust YMCA.

Clean safe environment
I primarily use the weights, but the front desk staff is always friendly, and I like the regular improvements in the weight equipment area. It has everything I need for my workouts.
