The Kraft Y is, overall, the best Y I have been to in the Triangle (though this is only 4 of them...). The facilities seem to be almost too good, as it is always crowded when I am there.
Outside classes under shelter, knowledgeable & enthusiastic instructors, clean & modern facility, large array of classes, friendly & helpful staff, welcoming & nonjudgmental environment.

Variety and availability of early morning group fitness classes
The variety of programs offered from senior to youth events. Childcare being available was huge for me as a young mother. I appreciate the addition of teen friendly events and the way the Y gives back and makes my community a better place.

Shannon, and the other Kraft Family Y staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. They know me and my kids by name! The Y is clean, and the equipment is new and it's great to have a place to go that keeps the entire family happy and healthy.

Staff in the early morning is terrific, and the facility is well maintained! However, would prefer that the studio doors stay closed when classes are in session, so the motivational yelling from the instructors is not heard upstairs. Or, have the instructors turn down the volume on the speakers. I realize the Y is not a library and there may be ventilation issues in the studios; however, the noise is a bit much at times. Also, please enforce no cell phones in the locker, specifically the sauna / shower area. The signs are completely ignored.

I like the friendliness of the staff and how welcoming they are every time I step through the door. The facility is maintained nicely and, while I do not always agree with everything they do, I understand that our community needs are being considered. It is truly wonderful to have the Kraft YMCA available in our community! I am so glad it is here and that the people who work here each day connect with us in such a positive, professional and engaging way.
I love the childcare so that I can work out. They know my kids names the minute we walk in and my kids love it there. I get to have an hour to myself and they get to have fun while I work out.
Clean and friendly
I love the ladies I have met in small group barbell. Wish the y had more weightlifting classes with heavy weights not in the studio.

We went to the outdoor pool and it was fabulous! I will also say that even though we were the only hispanic family everyone treated us equally. 🤗
