Great social network, love the spin classes
I love the Y. Only issue I have is the number of people that attend the Body Pump classes. I don't think it is limited to just those who sign up on the site/app. I have been registered and arrived to a room with over 30 people. I have walked out a couple of times when I've been registered because there aren't enough weights left and really no space. When I forget to register or do it too late and I'm on the wait list I don't show up to class unless I get a notification that I've been moved from the wait list. I don't think everyone is being that courteous and it's really frustrating. I can't always get to class 20 minutes early to make sure I get a spot and weights. It would be really nice if this could be monitored. Appreciate being able to give feedback.

An easier question would be what don't I love about the YMCA. I love everything about it. It is a happy place for my family and I. I love everyone from the director to the people who clean the space. I love the fitness instructors, the people over wellness, the trainers the childcare staff, the aquatics team, the facilities director, the membership leaders, and all the members I come in contact with. How could I forget the children's programming? If I left anybody out it's not intentional. This Y is my happy place.
I've just started, but I like the fact that the membership is covered by my health insurance. The walking track is nice and because it's indoors, I can walk during bad weather. My husband is also a member so he can encourage me to go with him.
Friendly and welcoming staff on the desk, supportive instructors and well thought out group fitness classes. We are very happy with our decision to join the Y!

I love all the classes but would suggest you get more hand weights. We always run out of 7:5.

The front greeting staff are so friendly. I love seeing employees working out along side me. The facility is clean and has loads of stuff. When I scan in, I am greeted by name if someone is there. The sauna is amazing.
My daughter Phoebe is in her second year of coming to camp Crossroads and absolutely loves it. Will definitely be back next summer!!

It is fun and easy! the staff are super friendly and responsive to concerns. Before joining, I had heard of some kiddos not liking it because they experienced bullying, but that has not been our experience at all. Our daughter came back home once telling us another little kid was saying mean things to her and her friend. I shared the concern with a councelor the next day, that afternoon my daughter came home super happy saying that the girl bully had apologized and that they had played together all day and were now friends. Way to go YMCA! life is hard, is important to teach out kiddos how to face it with strong values, and not to run away from problems. We love you all, thanks for all you do!
