Staff was laid back and friendly. Pool wasn't crowded. The other families there were also very friendly. Great first experience. Sad it is closing for the season. Wish I had visited earlier. Much better experience than at Finley, my usual pool.
I went to the outdoor pool at Knightdale location. It was very good experience. The pool is new and very large with a separate sections for children and different levels of swimming.
We are looking forward for the facility will be completely built at Knightdale!

It provides a space for my son to go during the summer break. However, he wishes they provided more organized activities.

It was a smooth transition in and out, the staffers were always helpful and friendly. And honestly, my kid loved it and that says a lot.

Staff and management are doing an excellent job of keeping this location clean and generally well maintained. Guards were on task and actively focused on both of our recent visits. Greeting employees have good energy. The pool was sparkling clean and the furniture and restrooms were quite decent as well. This is key! The overall efforts at Knightdale Station are very much appreciated! We visit several locations throughout the season, so this complement holds weight!
*Side note: It would be helpful if the umbrellas on a few tables were opened for guests that aren’t able to reach. Bring that inviting shade please. The rail in the main pool needs to be repaired before it completely breaks and or causes injury. Also just a plan in general for more shade type structures at this location would be so thoughtful during massive heat. Well done and keep up the good work!
Our boys are having a great summer at camp each week. They are safe, cared for, and having fun! We are very pleased.

We love the Y. This is our 3rd summer returning. I will say that it is pricey and if it wasn't for the fact that his Dad helps me, we wouldn't be able to come. Especially since no foods/snacks are served.
Great first experience. My daughter enjoyed it every much. From my experience it felt safe and well managed as a camp.
Korey was exceptional. He worked so well with my son in helping him pass for his yellow band. He was so patient and very kind. As a parent, I was so nervous watching my son kind of struggle but, he did his best. And Korey was an excellent coach and supporter to him. His encouragement and professionalism was outstanding! You all have a great guy on your hands. Please treat him well. If he can get any incentives, please hook him up. Kindly yours. . . A Happy Family.
Very nice people at entrance and also lifeguards . Pool was great and members were also very respectful. Water was also clean and refreshing.

Moms would love to have a clock that works.
Last year the clock was removed and this year apparently the battery is dead. Also need to check for bees and spray prior to the pool opening.
