Cleanliness, usually not super busy, the lifeguards take their job very seriously.

The pool & bathrooms are clean, it’s not crowded/cramped and the shallow end is very large (perfect for our young kids). Prefer it over KERR.

The pool is among the nicest I've encountered and the staff is wonderful. I do think you'd attract more members if you offered a special membership that covered the entire summer for just the Knightdale pool. It's not too inconvenient to join every May and suspend my membership every September, but it would be nice not to have to do it. Also, I was quoted a cost of $25 to bring a guest. I think that's excessive, and prevents greater exposure to the pool. Still, I love the Knightdale pool and look forward to each new season..

Friendly staff , clean pools
It’s extremely convenient and within walking distance of our home. We are hoping that they move forward with the plan to put in an actual gym in addition to the pool.

I love the connection Maverick has made with kids in his school but in different grades through his school. also the bonds he has made with each of the different counselors. They have structured activities with the kids and also arts and crafts. My son loves after school more than regular school!

I love the convenience. I love that it’s at the school and I love that they do activities with the kids. I do wish that they would provide them with a snack, but overall my kids do enjoy the after School program.
My son absolutely LOVES the YMCA After School and Track Out programs. Although we haven’t always had the most positive experiences in previous years, this current season has been remarkable. The program has truly become an extension of his community and has played a meaningful role in shaping his character.
I’ve seen noticeable growth in his behavior, confidence, and willingness to learn. He’s developed a real passion for exploring new experiences with his peers, teachers, and counselors, and I am grateful for the supportive environment they’ve created.
Overall, this is an excellent program, and I can confidently attribute many of the positive changes I’ve seen in my son to his enrollment at the Knightdale Station YMCA location.
I feel safe knowing my child is being looked after and usually runs to meet me at carpool with a smile on his face!
Staff was laid back and friendly. Pool wasn't crowded. The other families there were also very friendly. Great first experience. Sad it is closing for the season. Wish I had visited earlier. Much better experience than at Finley, my usual pool.
I went to the outdoor pool at Knightdale location. It was very good experience. The pool is new and very large with a separate sections for children and different levels of swimming.
We are looking forward for the facility will be completely built at Knightdale!
