Just a comment on comparison
Showers are not as updated in Mens area.
Lightning in Mens shave area is terrible.
Sauna much smaller and very compact.
These are just comments not gripes.

The facilities are good, staff is always pleasant with a positive attitude… the classes and times offered fit within my schedule and offer a range of different activities/exercises, and the instructors are great!

i love the aqua classes and the thrive classes. I wish there was an on-ramp to pilates. Maybe a more regular beginner class so that people who are new can work up to regular pilates.

As a transfer from Rex Healthcare, it is natural to compare gym experiences. I continue to be very impressed by the quality of the classes, which is my preferred form of exercise. The instructors are excellent. I appreciate the many options offered. The center is clean, well staffed and organized well. Not too fond of the new 46 hour class registration window, but very grateful that the class schedule on the App states when registration opens.
