Great classes, flexible operating times
I've been a member of Ingram Family YMCA for a few years now and I thoroughly enjoy it! The classes I take are varied and have wonderful instructors. I can be on land or in the water and get a great workout either way. What's makes this Y so special for me , however, are the friends I have made. They are priceless! The staff at the Ingram YMCA always welcome everyone with open arms. It's a very friendly atmosphere there. The instructors care so much about members and regularly offer advice to accomplish your goals and to avoid injuries. The difference between the YMCA and other exercise facilities is that the YMCA offers you an opportunity to enjoy your workouts and meet your class participants, whereas other places might give you an initial orientation, but afterwards you are on your own. At the YMCA you meet new folks daily and make lasting friendships. Plus, the YMCA offers so many other activities to get involved in. I couldn't ask for a better facility to workout at. Thank you to the staff for promoting the YMCA mission.

staff is very courteous and friendly, the gym is kept clean, and the equipment is maintained.
Swimming is my favorite activity but I haven't been able to do that recently. The best instructor is Christine G. who combines the ideas of yoga, breathing, strength and balance and explains everything that we do in her classes.
Love the staff. Currently all the machines are working properly. There have been many occasions in the past when this was not the case. Made many friends at the Y over the years I've been going.
The workout equipment always in good condition and the people that work there are awesome!
