The group exercise classes are led by wonderful instructors who make the workouts effective and fun. The classes offer a variety of activities and options for all levels of fitness. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really appreciate and support the variety of community programs that the YMCA provides. Going to the Ingram Family YMCA is always the best part of my day.
The exercises classes and swim classes along with individual weight and fitness center. All the instructors are professionals and sensitive to all students concerns. Also the front desk staff are cheerful and helpful in all situations. The equipment is well kept and clean as well as the facility. Great place to feel safe and wanted.also to achieve your health goals.
