the staff, cleanliness, equipment and programs are all great but the pool should not close right in the middle of the day for 3hrs. and then not be available at all on Sundays

It's quiet and not frantic like other gyms. I can't take that after stressful work days. You can cross train with swimming, lifting, yoga, etc.
