Love the indoor pool, as I am a lap swimming grandma rather than a mother of small children. Thank you!
My wife and I only took a tour of the facility because it is the closest Y to us that has an indoor pool. We were pleasantly surprised surprised by the facility and the staff. The only negative thing I noticed is that the Ingram Y has the same small lockers as the Chatham Y. They are too small for my gym bag. The main entrance is in the rear, which is odd, but is easy enough to get used to.
I am sure my wife will use the pool, and I will probably also.
Good group class options + helpful and knowledgable teachers, friendly environment - both staff and patrons, clean facility, budget friendly monthly dues.
It's well managed. The equipment, for the most part, is in good condition. The employees are friendly and courteous.
The staff is friendly and compassionate. It uses Christian love. Although there has been some problems with staff understanding autism. This has usually been corrected with a little education. The pool experience has been fabulous. I really miss Chris,he turned the pool environment around and I had never seen the pool cleaner and better kept
The people working at Sanford location are beyond kind and helpful.
I joined the Ingram Family YMCA in January to improve my overall health. I was met with welcoming staff and pleased members. I recommend this facility to those that care about their health/fitness.

Friendly staff , cleanliness, great class, knowledgeable instructors
The staff is always friendly and helpful. You can workout by yourself or create a community!
It is very convenient being at the school, and is an easy transition for my child. The counselors have historically been very good at communication and making afterschool care very pleasant for all involved. I have not had a bad experience with staff or their decisions in the 3 years we have utilized the service. My family is pleased with the care our child receives at YMCA afterschool.
The very nice people that work there.
always helpful
Pool
The staff is so nice and friendly. All the instructors have excellent communication skills and are always encouraging me to meet my goals. It’s the best part of my day to be at the Ingram Family YMCA.
The Ingram Family Y has great classes led by great instructors. I have met so many wonderful friends there. I love it.
I like everything. But will love to have more yoga classes during the week.
the pool has way to much clorine .
I really like the morning exercise classes that I attend. I feel much more healthy and fit since I've been attending these classes over the past year. The instructors are great and the Y staff is very friendly and helpful.
Programs
Staff is polite, helpful and fun! Variety of classes offered, reciprocal membership to other YMCA facilities and spaces for self led regimes make offerings a good fit. Facility and individual class leaders put much effort into meeting general member needs, specific needs of individual members and the financial limitations of accomodations.
Great experience! We look forward to our child participating in the YMCA Afterschool Program at WB Wicker next school year!
The employees of Ingram YMCA are very helpful and always have a smile to greet each member when we check in.
I like the variety of classes from which to choose. The instructors are very skilled and plan a workout that is challenging, but fun.
Good classes. Good facility. Good staff. Great people.
great facility pool
nice personnel
god value
The staff has always been friendly and seem to make an effort to get to know my child.
Racquetball. It would also be nice to have the Y do some promotionals for racquetball to help build interest.
Personnel experience from the staff.
Friendly people and lots of different classes
Great staff! Pool
the staff, cleanliness, equipment and programs are all great but the pool should not close right in the middle of the day for 3hrs. and then not be available at all on Sundays
The most fantastic staff, classes, both Acqua, thrive and working out with the equipment.

Group classes and the instructors.
I hate the fact that our group classrooms are way too hot and humid. It’s not even summer and people are having to leave the room to cool off. It’s better to be cooler than hot while exercising!!
