Member services is the best, the Y is clean, and staff professionals are helpful and make the environment welcoming. Great variety of classes as well as organized at different times for all!! We love it!!!
Towel service and free wifi. They did not have this at the Beverly, MA YMCA.

I know this is asking for positive feedback but I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention my concerns about the distraction of multiple conversations taking place during the outdoor water exercise sessions. This year it’s gotten pretty bad out there and this ruines the classes for me :( I hope that the instructors are given some kind of verbiage to gently remind people at the start of each class, that this is an ACTUAL class and to please be respectful that .
I love have family friendly the Y is for everyone no matter how young or old you are. I personally enjoy dropping my kids off at kids zone while I do a workout class.

I love the friendly staff, wide assortment of classes, and excellent instructors. I'm just learning pickleball, and having that available is a plus.
I'd like to know if I can ever bring a guest to the outdoor pool. I haven't used it yet, and don't know the procedure for guests.
The app for classes needs a little work. When I try to use it from my laptop, the times are displayed in military time!
