My only complaint is that the ac in the yoga/exercise studio is freezing cold. Yoga should be done in a warm room. I and others have provided this feedback many times and have not seen improvement.
But, to end on a positive note, I very much enjoy and appreciate the Finley Y staff and the friends I have met there.

Byron's dance class at the Alexander YMCA on Monday nights is fantastic. He is so positive, inclusive and makes the class genuinely fun. Can't say enough what a great asset this class is to the Y and the community.

The staff is friendly, learns your name. They give options for exercises that are not possible for some class members.
I enjoy the social aspect of the members, getting to know members by name over time. One member invited me to dinner when she and her husband were there for vacation and I had a business trip there.
