The Finley YMCA is my home away from home! The yoga and weight classes strengthen and serve my mind, body and spirit.
Pretty much everything. I like Yoga (Jody and the other instructors), the pool for swimming laps, the friendly and helpful staff, and the exercise room.
Great staff. Friendly, enthusiastic, folks. Members also easy to get along with . Good facilities , adequate parking . Instructors for classes are very good - high energy and know their stuff . Even when I have had a so - so day, I always feel better after pushing myself at the Y and seeing friends there .
Christian values. Wonderful environment. Friendly staff and members. Excellent equipment. Variety of workout opportunities - including basketball and pickle ball.
Strong leadership and management.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the variety of classes to choose from. I love it that you started Tai Chi classes, and just wish it were more than once a week. The water classes and the Thrive classes and the chair yoga classes are some of my other favorites. The instructors are encouraging and make it fun. The weight room has a lot of stuff in it, but the way it is laid out, I don't have to be in the middle of serious body builders doing free weights, which is nice. I have had two personal trainers and that has been a very good experience.
Clean, in good repair and staff very friendly.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is ample equipment for my needs. I like to have the small indoor track, sauna, and steam room.
Tons of machines/equipment, plenty of space, friendly staff, and classes for everything!
