The very best thing about the East Triangle YMCA is the people. The staff are wonderful, interested and caring people. Mark participated in the Live Strong program last year and the trainer (Mike) and the instructor (Erin K) still check on him and offer guidance and cheerleading when needed.

One comment. Recently added a new stair climber upstairs on the front row. If you are on a treadmill behind anyone on that machine, you can’t see the TV.

I like just about everything. From the front desk, to the instructors and trainers the Y is simply a great place to be with terrific folks working and exercising. It’s apparent that the Y is intent on being a first-rate place to work out and we appreciate the new equipment that is installed every now and then.
