The people here are friendly, professional and ready to assist you to help make your experience the best it can be. We’ve been in the area for 17 years but never joined till this past December. Customer Service is everything you’d expect and more.
E.T. YMCA offers everything I want - a wide selection of classes & availability. The staff are very knowledgeable & care about helping the members & are so very friendly. The facility itself is well maintained & clean. The equipment is plentiful & well taken care of. It’s just a great environment with wonderful people!
I love the easy access and variety of classes offered. The instructors are wonderful and are constantly providing modifications. I look forward to the outdoor pool this summer and aquatic classes! And Pickle ball courts!!!
We love the pool. The lifeguards are excellent! Our experiences have been very positive for my grandchildren. They have enjoyed swim lessons and plenty of play time.
The gym has all new equipment, along with a very friendly staff no matter what day , and they work hard to keep it neat and clean to there best of there abilities

I love the assortment of classes and the instructors are all awesome. Big shoutouts to Lis (who is always so bubbly and knows how to kick your butt with her workouts!), April (who is so energetic and just makes you excited to be there and have a lot of fun) and Leah (who is super sweet and always keeps you moving).
The workout floor has a good amount of equipment and there have been few times where I couldn't get on a treadmill, and those times I couldn't get on a treadmill I was able to use another piece of equipment no problem.
Another HUGE shoutout to the childcare team. Too many awesome ladies to name, but they are always so happy and enthusiastic with the kiddos and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughters in their care.
Overall really happy about my Y experience. The only thing I do wish is that there were some bootcamp, martial arts or cycle style classes offered during morning childcare hours.

Everything! The staff members are phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, always helpful, welcoming. They create an atmosphere of positivity, they encourage all and seem to know everyone personally, which makes one feel special. The facility itself is very clean, well organized. The classes are designed for all ages. The East Triangle YMCA has created a feeling of togetherness, family, encouraging all to be their best. Going to the East Triangle Y, puts smiles on all that walk through their doors. 😄
