This has been great. One feedback would be for the squat rack to have an extender on the safety bars. Right now, they're a bit too short to safely catch the bar. The extenders on these would make them safer for squatting
The instructors are great. I am concerned that the evening classes start at 5:15/5:30 rather than 6:15or 6:30 like they were at the old location. Starting at 5:15-5:30 is too early for day shift workers. Please resume the classes that start 6:15-6:30.
We have enjoyed the YMCA at Chatham Park so far! The staff is friendly. At times, some staff seem uncertain of answers to my questions but overall we have been pleased with our experience.
Brand new facility, great staff.
It is closer to us than Chapel Hill Y and has most of the same facilities. One thing however, people need to 1) realize that the machines are not their personal domain and they can't be on one machine and say they are using the other if it is vacant. 2) when wiping down the machines after use, you need not make them so wet or if you do towel dry them for the next person.
