Facility is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The staff is great. Plenty of weights, machines and cardio equipment. Overall it is a great gym.

It was my first visit, and with a friend. We went to a Thrive class (Mark) It was an excellent class. The front desk was helpful also. We also had guidance at the pool for scheduling. Overall staff is excellent.

Mark’s Thrive classes
People are friendly, there are young and old all together. Staff is friendly, and it’s clean.
There are so many fitness options in one location. So for the cost, it's almost a bargain for the various things you get. And the community is great!
