I really like being able to schedule deliveries and pay my bills on-line. It is very convenient. In this particular case, I had two tanks to fill. This required a telephone call. I was able to quickly reach one of your customer representatives by telephone to arrange the delivery. Also, our delivery person is always pleasant and remembers where the tanks are located.

The tech delivering gas was wonderful. He accidentally made a mistake and pumped kerosene in the gas tank. He immediately told us and corrected the problem asap. He didn’t lie about it, but admitted the mistake and rectified it. It takes a good person to admit mistakes and then correct it.

One thing can be improved - my appointment was for Thursday. At 11:00 I called because no one showed. They had to reschedule because of emergencies. I can understand that but someone should have called me.
Great service

I have always been happy with Quarles,except when I could NOT CALL directly to Warsaw office and order my oil. I had to call a 1-800 number and that person had to notify the Warsaw office, I had to pay first, before it was ordered. It was not about having to pay first, I was right outside and was not allowed to talk to anyone in the office, after placing my money in the drop off box, they then excepted the money and notified the head office that I had done so. The Covid -19 had been lifted, so there was no reason, to not be allowed to place my order of oil. .There was no reason I could not have called the Warsaw office and placed the order and left my pay in the lock box. As of now the office is back up and running as it always has. I am very happy that I can call directly and also walk in and pay my bill. Please keep it this way. Thank you, Name removed
