Services are great thus far. My only regret is discounts are not offered for individuals with 100 gallon tanks or less. In addition, if not 100 gallons is not requested annually, a tank rental fee is assessed.
We like the fact that Quarles monitors our usage & refills/tops our tank as needed while in the area. We got a postcard from a competitor in the mail trying to lure us into changing over to them but as long as the prices stay reasonable (under the buy in plan), we do not intend to shop elsewhere & I happen to know Norm Faulkner, owner of NWP.
