Morning Classes
Large selection of workout equipment to meet my needs. Flexible hours. Great staff to work with and responds to any questions or concerns I may have. The equipment and building is kept clean on a daily basis. Always friendly and responsive to my needs.

The Group Ex Instructors encourage me with every class. They make me realize my strength and know that I can do hard things! They have also inspired me to pursue my new found passion for fitness and health, not just for me but for my community! I want everyone to find the same joy that I have at the Sampson County YMCA.
I like the YMCA. I like the hours. I LOVE the location!! I think the women's bathroom sink area is often needing some TLC. I appreciate all of the instructors, and the classes!!! :) They are all wonderful. It would be fantastic to get another personal trainer. Would appreciate that. I also would appreciate very much if people would get off their phones if they are on the machines and focus on the workout. People linger too long on machines sometimes b/c they are distracted, which takes away from others' experience.

I only come for fitness classes. That is why I am member. It is somewhat frustrating to show up and class not be held when it is on the schedule. I wish there were more classes, more teachers. And oh how I would LOVE a FUNK aerobics class!
I enjoy the exercise classes and the workout machines. I also enjoy the steam room for the release of everyday stress and relaxation. I wish i could work out more at times I get a little tired to soon. I will continue to push myself to lower my A1C

I like the friendly staff and the lovely personalities that l encounter when entering. I like the different equipment l get to use whenever l'm there and each time I get to have a good experience. I'm getting more fit and enjoy going for my workouts even more. My husband has his routine and l have mine. It's really wonderful when you have the staff there to ask questions if you are not quite sure about a certain exercise. They are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand what needs to be done. No injuries is top priority! I'm looking forward to many more exciting experiences at our local YMCA!!!!
Most all the staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable...I love the variety classes the Y offers and the instructors for the classes (I've tried) have been great. Everything seems to be neat and clean. I've only been a member for a week but so far so good.

What is it not to like. Plenty of equipment. All types of workout classes. Friendly staff. Reasonable rates and if can't afford there is ways to assist with fee. Swimming lessons. I mean I could go on and on, but you get the picture
I am in a wheelchair and cannot walk unassisted. I can walk in the pool and everyone from the front desk to the trainer to the lifeguard went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable and beneficial
That my son can have somewhere to go and I am not having to worry that he I getting into trouble.

I really enjoy the atmosphere at the Y. The employees are friendly and the facility is always clean. I like being able to exercise inside out of the elements. I really enjoy that there's a track for walking.
The employees are friendly, well manner, positive attitude etc. The facility clean and enjoy using the equipments and walking the inside track. Also the different exercises classes etc.
Great gym and pool with great instructors! It’s so important to have this facility in our town.
