Cleanliness!!! Woman’s dressing room and the entire Nir Y is so clean! The person who takes care of the dressing room is very nice!

This is a good facility. I have two suggestions.
The front desk should always greet every person when they check in and with a smile on their face! I came from a Y in Raleigh and this was consistently done. It always made me feel welcome and noticed.
Secondly, some group fitness instructors need to be aware that not everyone can move at the instructors pace. It’s often too fast and there’s a good possibility of injury, especially during warmup. It’s the participants workout-not the instructors. They also need to be aware of the number of reps they do. I took a class that had an extreme number of reps and I couldn’t walk for days! The flip side is that I have found the instructors that I really like and am thankful for them!

I’ve been a member for a few years and have always enjoyed the YMCA. It offers wonderful classes for senior citizens which I attended regularly . I think you have some out standing instructors eg: Kati, Mia, Charlotte and Erin are awesome. I’m always signing there praises.
