My delivery was made several days in advance of schedule for which I was very happy. I made my request late and I was afraid I was going to be cold. But Sandhills Plus Propane delivered in better time than I anticipated for which I am very grateful! Also, the delivery man was very kind and courteous.

You fulfilled my request to check my tank and though it did not take much propane you did deliver it to make me feel I had sufficient to make it through what is going to be a frigid time from all forecasts I can see. You also said there was a senior discount and to make sure to check the invoice hung on my front door and if it did not indicate a senior discount to tell you when I come down to the office to pay my bill. At 85 years old I tend to panic more than I did when I was younger.
Thank you for having me on a schedule. You eliminate one item I have to think about and I have never needed to call you for a refill.

You have a person answer the phones. But, they don't tell you an approximate date for when your propane is to be delivered. That would be helpful/nice.

I received a call back from Sandhills Propane with full explanation of how the online read works, or in this case does not. Superior, the parent company, never really explained that. Learned to contact my local supplier.
