I have always had great service from Sandhills Propane and hopefully this will continue. Must say however, when I called in for a delivery it was difficult to get to the real person I needed to speak with. I guess it's because I was speaking with someone in a call center type of deal and not anyone in my area. The young lady did not know if I had an account or not, she did not seem to recognise your local address in Southern Pines and she ended up transferring me to someone else. I have been using Sandhills Propane for many years and never had a problem placing my order for another delivery. Maybe your company has grown and it thinks a call center is the way to go, but I liked it much better when I called the Southern Pines location and spoke with ladies who actually knew me and my account information.

I received great and informative service. I was concerned that I might have a slow leak at either the tank or my ventless fireplace logs. You arranged for a guy to to fill the tank; then another guy to come test the system for leaks. They each did a solid job, explaining a lot as they went. I am very pleased and reassured about the state of my gas lines. Well Done.
