I like to go early in the morning. I rarely have to wait for the machine I like. Everyone is very friendly and helpful - both participants and staff.
It is a friendly place. I have been a long term member. Always feel welcome. Do not approve of transgender in our locker rooms though.
It was easy to get to exercise equipment and the atmosphere was quiet enough to feel relaxed after a day of working.
Clean and nice staff
I love the warm, friendly and encouraging nature of the staff. I love working with my trainer, Brittany. She listens, and is very knowledgeable of what my needs are and the best way to approach them. She pushes me but in a way that helps (not hurts) my old knees. And I love that the location is close to home. I know me, and if I have to drive a distance, I won’t do it.
We take Ti-Che and take advantage of the workout room as well. Everyone is very friendly and go out of the way to help!

I love the water arthritis class. The instructor is very thorough and thoughtful regarding the routines. Her music is great and she’s extremely personable and has a great sense of humor. Don’t lose her.
I use the wellness room for the majority of my time. The attendants are great and make you feel welcome. The group that is there at the same time have developed some level of friendship, all of which makes the time enjoyable. What does not make the time enjoyable is having to see FOX news of the TV's everyday. All 24 hour cable news channels are divisive and push a political narrative which makes one side the enemy. (FOX is very good at this.) For an organization that promotes themselves as inclusive for everyone and then to have a political narrative shoved down my throat is not in line with your stated mission.
The solution to this is to ban all 24 hour cable news channels from being on. (This includes, FOX News, CNN, MSNBC, Newsmax etc.)
I have expressed this before and was told this is what the members want. Well, I think I am a member and I don't want it. but apparently, I and others (and there are others) are not considered members if we don't think like you.

Easy to talk to staff. Pickleball for the seniors.. Open pickleball on Sundays. Close to home!
It started at the desk, the entrance. Two wonderful ladies signed me up and I felt like this was home. Then these ladies introduced me to Hope. She is one amazing lady! She showed me around the club. I noticed she limped a little, and I noticed her constant warm smile. As we chatted we found we had the same Father. Our Heavenly Father! Oh, how precious this was to me.
I am 80 years old, 100% disabled. I have Parkinson’s and hearing loss. I was in Vietnam and they say Agent Orange. US Army, Military Police. Four years in Germany!
Oh, about the YMCA! It is clean. Everyone I have met, the staff and those who come for the work outs are friendly. Some are handicapped, Some are young, some are old and it seems we all have something in common.....fellowship and a desire to stay or get healthy.
