I'm so thankful to have this beautiful, clean facility to work on building my strength as I prepare for a major orthopedic surgery. The aquatic instructors are very welcoming and helpful.

Diana does a fantastic job teaching line dancing. She goes out of her way to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I also love Total Body Toning with Elisa K. Her class is challenging, and I love the variety. Most of all, I value her calm presentation style and her attention to safe practices. Everyone I have met at this Y has been friendly and kind.

Thank you for turning on the outside awning lights at David YMCA. I feel safer knowing there are lights when arriving to the parking lot and walking inside for my 0500 workouts.
