I am warmly greeted by the front desk each morning by the friendly and professional staff. There are a multitude of weight and cardio machines available, as well as organized exercise and yoga classes. Professional staff are available to guide you in developing your exercise and strength training programs. The facilities and equipment are well maintained.

I love MIchelle, the Zumba instructor, because she always has such positive energy and her class is a great workout. I also love Coach Morgan, because my kids are enjoying the swim team a lot. The childcare program while I work out has been awesome. My kids like coming to the Y even when they don't have swim practice.
