Unlike before, when I changed my home branch because I found the staff at Windward Y to be sulky and curt, I did come back because the entire ambience of the facility has changed dramatically: it's wonderfully active and positive, their are loads of all ages showing up for the myriad of activities, and the staff NOW is friendly, helpful and cheerful. Kudos to the leadership responsible for this remarkable transformation.

Well managed heated pool. So many exercise classes for different age groups. Really supporting life long health and mobility. Staff is always friendly, greeting you on arrival. We have a family membership with 3 generations participating. Mahalo!
Classes and instructors are very good.
Would be nice though for instructor and/or office to pay attention to Zoom chat, especially at the start of the class in case something is not working properly. It is very frustrating when the audio is not working and no one attempts to rectify the situation through the whole class. Most people leave, which is a shame.

The staff is very friendly as are all the class instructors. There are a variety of classes to include every age and athletic ability. I am especially impressed with the Kapuna program and Child Watch.

Pool is convenient and at street level. Male (Jeff?) and others at front desk helped me to
sign in to your Y app so that I was able to access your reservation system. Love Terumi's
Zumba classes and Kaipo's aquatic and Zumba classes when I can get in. Lots of available parking. Other aquatic teachers are great, too.

ALL STAFF MEMBERS ARE SO FRIENDLY. THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND ALWAYS GREETS YOU WITH A SMILE AND HI. ITS VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE THAT POSITIVE GREETING BEFORE YOU START YOUR WORKOUT, IT REALLY HELPS BOOSTS YOUR ENEGY.

Not too many people in the gym and no egos. Everyone is conscientious and respectful of others.

I love your water classes. If people are signed up for one class and there’s openings in the second they should be able to attend the second class.
The staff members are very friendly & sincerely care for each member. The extra curricular programs are well attended. The cardio room has had new equipment added to provide a variety of exercise skills. The Y caters to seniors by providing a wonderful meal program, exercise options, newsletters, and adequate handicap parking stalls.
I enjoy swimming three days a week. There is always room fo me in a lap swim lane. And I appreciate the warm water.

I'm glad my duavgher loves taking the lessons. sometimes teaching them in the ocean, they're not focusing because of our surrounding and the waves. appreciate the teachers at Windward Aquatics!
The friendly staff, the variety of classes, the excellent teachers, the beautiful setting and the great pool.
The flexibility of the stationary water exercise. Since my insurance stopped covering my water P T, I have been able to continue my therapy using the equipment available for use on my own during the stationary water exercise time frame.
Also the staff is amazing. Always approachable, helpful, and friendly.
The people at front desk are friendly and welcoming and makes me feel accepted.

The lifeguards are awesome!
