It’s a great place to nurture, recharge or maintain a positive physical, mental and emotional health. They offer a variety of exercise programs for beginners as well as seasoned participants. For kupuna, the opportunities for socializing with others is also a huge plus.

Pool facilities, showers & locker rooms are well maintained and clean. Pool is temperature controlled. Lifeguard personnel are helpful friendly and courteous. Pool is open from 6 am to 8 pm M-F and 8 am to 3 pm on Saturdays & 9 am to 3 pm on Sundays. Adequate parking. Membership fees for adults are reasonable. A great place to get a good workout.

It's in a beautiful setting, and the pool is usually warm (much warmer than the Nu'uanu Y pool that I usually go to).
The staff seems especially friendly, too.
Perfect for my needs - small, clean, welcoming staff, and most gym users have great etiquette when it comes to the weight machines.
I'm still so sad about losing Cheryl. Thank you for keeping her picture out. I don't go to Windward Y as often as I used to but I always stop to look at her picture. Is it possible to name something after her? She was so good to my children.

Flexibility to do virtual exercises from other locations. Would like to see " on demand " feature. Another service would be Cafe, juice, tea, and coffee area for members.

I find the chair fitness instructors very positive and enjoy the workouts of Melissa, Kaipo & Dee. All Y staff at Windward have been friendly and helpful. The facilities arw always clean.
